The last time we saw Jennifer Lawrence, she was wearing one of her many Dior gowns on a red carpet in Hollywood during awards season.
And as she attended pretty much every awards ceremony going earlier this year, we were getting quite used to seeing Lawrence in glamorous evening wear. Turns out, the Hunger Games star looks pretty chic in jeans and a pair of flats too.
The actress was spotted shopping in New York's Soho district with friends on Sunday. Yes, she was dressed down, but this A-list star was still glowing.
And she wasn't even wearing makeup.
Lawrence did make a good case for wearing a pair of velvet slipper-style shoes (preferably embroidered ones) with dark skinny jeans though.
They looked super comfy, effortlessly chic and as Jennifer proved, they'll pretty much go with anything. A camel coat, white shirt and round sunglasses should do the trick if you get stuck with what to wear them with.
It's not often we get to see the star off-duty (as well as her red carpet appearances, she's either too busy being a beautiful bridesmaid or singing along to Santana songs) but these latest pictures have confirmed something we already suspected - Jennifer will always look amazing, whatever the outfit and whatever the occasion.
