The actress, who recently revealed she refuses to get naked in movies because she doesn't want her grandparents to see her boobs, donned a black strapless dress by David Korma which featured a black leather cage design with a mesh cut out around the waist.
She combined the dress with some killer black heels and a little metallic clutch handbag. For the beauty, the Sin City actress went for some dramatically smokey eye make-up, a pale pink lip and a bit of bronzer. Fabulous, eh?
The evening was one big party and Alba shared the evidence on Instagram. She posted this snap of her posing with a gang of Sports Illustrated models.
Cameron Diaz rocked up in a demure metallic ensemble. The 41-year-old's burgundy dress was combined with a pair of jewelled black strappy heels. For the beauty, Cameron, who is thought to be dating Benji Madden, went for a glossy pink lip and gold shimmering eye make-up.
The duo partied alongside Rihanna, Matthew McConaughey, Hugh Grant, Keanu Reeves, Mark Wahlberg and Sandra Bullock who were all out in force. Bullock picked up the Decade of Hotness award and RiRi was honoured with the gong for Most Desirable Woman.
