All eyes were on Kate Hudson as she arrived at the Giorgio Armani Prive Autumn/Winter 2014 Paris haute couture show at the Theatre National de Chaillot on Tuesday.
When it comes to dressing for a sparkly fashion soiree she knows how it's done and last night's shimmering diamante lilac two-piece was just stunning. Note: if you're doing sequin this season do it top-to-toe.
Kate wore a purple paisley print corsage with her plunging sequinned jacket and carried a blue clutch bag to accessorise her glitzy look.
The 35-year-old actress kept makeup pretty minimal and followed that timeless less is more rule, she also opted for an understated updo which was swept back into a top knot.
While Kate was center of attention, she wasn't the only celebrity to make a front row appearance. Pink, Elsa Pataky, Jared Leto, Roberta Armani and the fabulous Sophia Loren were also there rubbing shoulders with fashion's finest last night.
On the glamour front it was definitely Kate's statement-making outfit that turned heads off the catwalk. As for Armani's couture creations? Think monochrome polka dot, luxe OTT outerwear, gauzy embellished veils, texture play and wearable separates.
