Word on the street is that actress Kerry Washington has given birth to her first child. Hurrah!
According to reports, Washington and husband Nnamdi Asomugha, a former American football player, welcomed a baby girl on April 21 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. But the news has only just come to light.
And of course you're all wondering what the little bundle of joy is called... well TMZ reports that the proud parents have named their little girl Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha. The middle name means 'God's grace' in the language of the Igbo people of Nigeria, according to Mail Online.
The couple are known for being a bit on the secretive side and they like to keep their life as private as possible. They married in secret on June 24 last year with Kerry's parent's Earl and Valerie as witnesses, Hello Magazine reports.
Kerry, who was Vanity Fair's bested dressed star last year, had been showing off some pretty fab maternity looks during her pregnancy.
