Is Scott Disick really Mason's father? Well, not according to male model, Michael Girgenti who claims he had unprotected sex with Kourtney Kardashian in 2009 and says three-year-old Mason is his son.
According to TMZ Michael has filed a paternity case against Kourtney asking for joint custody of the toddler. Um, what the ef?
The lawsuit documents an alleged relationship between Kourts and Michael - which he claims heated up in March 2009 - when she told him her romance with Scott was "on the outs" and "she wanted to hang".
Michael states he and the eldest Kardashian sister had full unprotected sex and as soon as she gave birth to little boy Mason in December 2009 he tried to get in contact with her.
He told In Touch magazine, "After [Mason] was born, and I saw the photos of him, I began to wonder. I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he's my kid - he deserves to know his real father."
