Look Who's Borrowed Prince George's Christening Gown!

Sartorial recycling appears to be something of a thing in the royal family.

Just weeks after we ooh'ed and aah'ed at Prince George in his fabulous lace gown, another royal baby has been spotted wearing the family christening gown. Recycling royals, indeed.

The Royal Family celebrated at St James's Palace again this week as Lord Freddie Windsor and actress Sophie Winkleman's daughter Maud was christened.

Four-month-old Maud, who is the first grandchild of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, wore the same hand-made replica Victorian christening robe that Prince George wore back in October - proof that such regalia can look good on both boys and girls.

The Duchess of Cambridge has made it her unofficial mission to make sartorial reruns a-okay in the fickle world of fashion and it seems her ways are rubbing off on her regal relatives. Hurrah!

Remind yourself of the other christening in our gallery.
