While Taylor Swift was out in front in the Grammys 2014 best dressed style stakes, someone had to be at the other end of the scale. And that person this year was Madonna.
Madge was joined on the red carpet by her eight-year-old son David (cute), and told Ryan Seacrest that her suit for the evening was inspired by his fashion choices, reports Just Jared.
She suited up in wide-legged trousers and jacket from Ralph Lauren, which she accessorised with an Amish-inspired hat and a cane (not so cute).
She popped on a slick of red lipstick for a spot of glamour, but when she smiled she revealed a gold grill (downright scary). Forgive us for thinking that grills should firmly be left in the cooking steaks and bacon domain.
The 55-year-old switched out of her black suit and into a white tux for her performance of hit song Open Your Heart, which, as you can imagine, went down better than her sartorial choices.
