Mel B Treats Daughter Phoenix To A 15th Birthday Meal

There comes a point in parenthood when our kids outgrow us – and Mel B has reached that point with leggy daughter Phoenix.

At 5ft 4in tall, the teenager is taller than her famous mum, as you can see as they headed out to a Los Angeles restaurant on Tuesday to celebrate Phoenix's 15 birthday.

Former Spice Girl Mel - who is a judge on Australia's Got Talent and Voice Kids - flew to America to be with Phoenix Chi, her daughter with Jimmy Gulzar.

Phonenix left Simon Cowell's favourite restaurant clutching a cloud of helium-inflated balloons and dressed in flat Timberland boots and green skinny jeans.

Mel, 38, has two other daughters, Angel Iris, six, with actor Eddie Murphy, and two-year-old Madison.
