It might have been called the Winter Whites Gala, but Michelle Dockery was turning heads in a sexy but demure black gown at Kensington Palace on Tuesday night.
The Downton Abbey star is used to being in stately surroundings, and she was effortlessly chic at the marquee event in Prince William's 'back yard' in a backless figure-skimming column gown with a patent waist-cinching belt.
Her bobbed hairdo was styled into a sophisticated, polished look, while raspberry-pink lips added a pop of colour.
The actress was one of many stars who attended the event in aid of youth homeless charity, Centrepoint, with Tinie Tempah, Colin Firth, James Blunt, Jon Bon Jovi and Taylor Swift rubbing shoulders at the bash.
While Kate was tending to Prince George, Prince William played host for the evening, which had a magical winter wonderland setting, including fake snow and fir trees.
And the prince even surprised guests by getting on stage and singing Livin' On A Prayer with Bon Jovi. LOVE.
