South London synth pop band AlunaGeorge's debut album Body Music dropped in July to a wave of music kudos. With their latest single 'Best Be Believing' on sale now, one half of the duo - the beyond cool Aluna Francis - caught up with MyDaily to talk 12ft capes, Moto jeans and kickass heroines...
When I look in the mirror I see... well, sometimes when I look in the mirror it's like when a dog or cat looks in the mirror thinking it's some other dog or cat! So I'm going, "Who's this huh? What you lookin' at punk?!" Or on a good day I'm more like, "Hey good lookin' what's up? Wanna paartaay?".
If I were stranded on a desert island with just one dress it would be... no dresses please! It would be my tight, ripped up black Moto jeans I've had forever because I know they look good ruined.
When I was at school I wanted to be... a fashion designer because I longed for nice clothes. My mum hates clothes and shopping even more so I was always dressed like an idiot!
My biggest style triumph was... pulling off a 12ft red cape at the MOBOs. That was definitely up there!
If I could be any character from film or literature I would be... Lisbeth Salander from Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. She is a legend!
