The Duchess of Cambridge's little sister Pippa Middleton is set to take her relationship with stockbroker boyfriend Nico Jackson to the next level - the pair have been spotted flat-hunting together in South London.
While any hopes of another royal marriage in the shape of Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas were dashed after they split last month, we could be hearing wedding bells for Pips and Nico soon.
The couple is hitting up Battersea, South London, to find their dream home together and, according to reports, Nico has even mentioned the C word.
No, not that C word! Children, silly.
Pippa and her 35-year-old beau have apparently already viewed a £2.5million four-bedroom terrace house and a £1.95 million three-bedroom flat.
The flat is thought to sit well with the Middleton clan because of its aptly named location on Prince of Wales Drive... At least Pippa's royal brother-in-law William will feel at home if he ever pays a visit.
With neighbours including Bob Geldof and Christine Hamilton, we can understand why the place comes with such a hefty price tag.
The news comes as it was announced Pips has lost her job as Telegraph columnist just six months after she landed the gig.
The socialite - who covered everything from rowing to pancake-tasting for the weekly column - is thought to have been terminated after readers found her writing "silly and boring." Ouch!
A source told The Mirror: "It's fair to say reader reaction to Pippa's writing wasn't great. There were also a few issues with deciding what topics Pippa should and shouldn't write about."
