The trend for daring dresses shows no sign of waning, and Rihanna took it a step further, choosing a dazzling bra top and sheer skirt, for the 2013 American Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in LA on Sunday night.
Not only was she a winner in the style stakes - her embellished Jean Paul Gaultier Couture ensemble might not be to everybody's taste, but she looked damn good - but she also picked up two awards.
RiRi received the Icon Award, which was presented to her by her mother, Monica Fenty, as well as winning the Favourite Soul/R&B Female Artist, beating the likes of Alicia Keys in the process.
The singer slipped into another Gaultier number (this time a plunging black dress with a tuxedo-style leather lapel leading into a front frill) to perform her hit song Diamonds.
Verdict? She pretty much nailed it.
