The singer had earlier showed off her midriff while shopping on Rodeo Drive with pals Alexa Chung and Pixie Geldof, but it was her perfect pins - and almost her bottom - that were on show in this barely-there ensemble.
The chevron-shaped skirt was accented with bold white stripes, and she paired the look with two-tone black and gold ankle-strap heels.
Hair was softly waved and her make up was light, apart from a pop of bright red lipstick.
Rita has been in LA for a few days ahead of Sunday night's Grammy Awards.
