Unless you've been living on Mars, you'll know that SJP of course played the role of Carrie Bradshaw in Sex And The City (not forgetting the two sickly sweet movies that followed). AnnaSophia later took up the baton of a young Carrie Bradshaw in the as yet unseen TheCarrie Diaries.
SJP has made her feelings pretty clear about the making of The Carrie Diaries, revealing in an interview with The Edit back in March that she finds the teen drama 'odd'.
She said: "I'm not sure. You know, I think it's one of those tests of your generosity. She (Robb) is a lovely girl and I want her to feel good about it, but it's... odd."
Having played and made a character your very own, we can imagine that it must feel more than a little strange to see another actress take up the mantle, especially when said actress is half your age. Regardless of whether she still feels a tad disgruntled, SJP being the consummate professional, posed alongside her crop-top wearing chum as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
Carrie would be so proud.
