Rita Ora is one busy lady but despite her hectic schedule of performing, partying and jet-setting, she still makes time for her pre-sleep regime.
Ora's secret to getting a good night's sleep? The singer-songwriter revealed all in an interview with Style.com.
Here's what we learned:
1. Don't underestimate your sleeping survival kit
For Rita, it's all about the lavender pillows, scented candles by Jo Malone or Diptyque, a blanket and rose oil to moisturize her skin (her favourite is Kiehl's Midnight Recovery.)
2. Choose hotels wisely
When you travel as much as Rita does, you get to know the good hotels. This stylish star revealed that her favourite is The Mercer in New York because "they have electric blinds that go zzzzz and it blanks everything out."
3. Pyjamas aren't essential
"I don't like wearing clothes in bed," Rita revealed. Let's just hope those blinds do block everything out...
4. Invest in good bedsheets
"Growing up I didn't even think I had an option - I just got what I was given," the 23-year old said. Now? "I guess just really nice cotton. Ralph Lauren sheets are always nice. I don't like anything stiff."
Aside from her sleeping advice, it's also good to hear we're not the only ones who experience bizarre, celebrity-related dreams.
Rita recently dreamt she was whisked away by Prince William, who picked her up in an "Audi two-door" and declared, "The family's out. I've only got one night to party. Let's go."
Sounds like a blast.
