Every year we get ridiculously excited about the dresses on show at the VMAs and this year was certainly no different. There was latex, feathers, sequins, sheer fabrics and even the odd near nudity moments.
One outfit which couldn't be missed was Rita Ora's Alexandra Vauthier dress. The gown, complete with a massively long feather train, was a major head-turner - especially with that slit up the side revealing a lot of leg. The singer completed her look with a pair of cute Louboutin heels.
The British singers were definitely representing last night at the New York awards ceremony, with Ellie Goulding looking bang on trend in this studded high-collared gown.
She kept it simple, finishing her look with a pair of nude heels. Bravo Miss Goulding, bravo.
Selena Gomez's Aterlier Versace dress was also pretty amazing and the singer/actress looked stunning at last night's awards. Her unbuttoned navy blue floor length dress featured a dramatic cut out bustier.
