They grow up so fast! Klay, the younger son of Wayne and Coleen Rooney, turns one today (Wednesday, May 21), and Wayne has shared a lovely picture of the little lad celebrating.
Klay, dressed in tiger pajamas, grins as he sits next to a birthday balloon. The youngster looks the spitting image of his footballer dad, with the same red hair that Wayne sported until premature greying forced him to start dyeing it brown in 2011.
It's hard to believe the chubby-cheeked toddler is the same Klay from the adorable picture Wayne posted back in June of oldest son Kai watching over his baby brother!
And what can Klay expect for his birthday? A look at mum Coleen's Twitter feed suggests that the little lad has every reason to grin.
'Can't believe my baby is 1 tomorrow!!! Time goes TOO quick!! ' she tweeted yesterday, alongside a photo of the pile of presents wrapped and ready for Klay to open, as well as a specially-made cake.
The Rooney clan have been enjoying a family break in Portugal before Wayne heads off to Brazil for the World Cup.
In a father-son photo shared to his Facebook, Wayne is shown holding a giggling Klay as they relax on the beach, while Coleen retweeted a fan's photo of her surprise encounter with the Rooneys while at a water park.
