When your nephew is third in the line to the throne and basically has, well, everything, what do you buy him for a christening gift?
Pippa Middleton came up with something quite original - and, some might say, strange - and decided to invest in silver sculptures of Prince George's hands and feet, that cost an eye-watering £7,000, reports the Daily Mail.
The paper reports that the future king would have had his limbs placed in a jelly-like mix of water and seaweed-based powder for 30 seconds to create the moulds, but it's unclear whether mum Kate knew about the pressie beforehand.
The bespoke gifts (similar to the examples pictured above) were bought from upmarket London store Wrightson and Platt, which describes them as a "perfect keepsake". Every set comes with personalised engravings and, for the solid silver set, prices start from £6,200.
You can also have cufflinks and necklaces made featuring mini versions of the sculptures.
What do you think? Creepy or cute? We kinda like it.
