David Beckham has given us the 876th reason to love him by taking part in the Ice Bucket Challenge for motor neurone disease.
Becks took to the challenge – which, as its name suggests, requires participants to endure a bucket of water and ice to be thrown over them – with gusto, ripping off his top with a smile.
His three friends look a little too gleeful as they pour the icy water over Becks, but the dad of four takes it all on the chin (and on his head, face, neck and chest), laughing away as the barrel is emptied.
Hot on Becks' heels was wife Victoria - who even took the challenge with a smile on her face!
Becks was nominated for the challenge by TV host Ryan Seacrest, and chose to nominate A-list pals Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan and Leonardo DiCaprio.
The Ice Bucket Challenge is sweeping the net at the moment, and is raising bucket loads of cash for motor neurone disease - £13million to be precise.
Motor neurone disease is a progressive disease that attacks the motor nerves. It causes muscle weakness and wasting and there is currently no cure.
The challenge asks participants to donate cash to the ALS Association in America, and Motor Neurone Disease Association and Macmillan Cancer Support in the UK.
