‘X Factor': Mel B Left Feeling ‘Like Chopped Liver' As Hopefuls Constantly Compliment Cheryl Cole In New Series

Mel B's Feeling Left Out Already

‘X Factor’ judge Mel B is left feeling slightly dejected in the first episode of ‘X Factor’ on Saturday night (30 August), as hopefuls rush to compliment her fellow judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, leaving her out completely.

One hopeful even brings Chezza a rose, leaving Mel asking: “What am I? F***ing chopped liver?”

The Mirror reports that another singer is moved to tears just by being in the presence of Mrs F-V. Don’t worry Mel, we love you.

Despite Mel’s jokes, which also include the comment, “I hate sitting next to this one”, the two female judges have actually been getting on really well.

Cheryl has nothing but good things to say about working with Mel and previously stated the former Spice Girl has her in stitches during the auditions.

“I admit we are very different characters and very different people,” she said. “But it works. She actually makes me laugh.

"Sometimes I have to stop myself laughing at her because it’s really rude - the contestants think I’m laughing at them.”

Mel was absent from the ‘X Factor’ London launch party on Wednesday night, due to commitments across the pond with ‘America’s Got Talent’, where she’s also a judge.

The rest of the judges were out in force and they all opened up about the return of Tulisa, who will star alongside Louis Walsh during this year’s Judges’ Houses round.
