Kelly Rowland is certainly proof that you don't have to give up your fitness regime during your pregnancy.
The singer has been sharing pictures of her baby bump while doing lunges at the gym in a belly-baring crop top, leggings and neon Nike trainers.
Next to the image she wrote: "#SWEAT."
It's not the first time she's shown off her bump mid-workout. Back in June, the former Destiny's Child star bared her bump in a matchy-matchy purple and white ensemble. Daring, but she pulled it off as usual.
Kellyannounced her pregnancy with an Instagram photograph showing her husband Tim Witherspoon's trainers next to a cute small pair. It read: "I'll be stuntin like my daddy."
Kelly and Tim have been together since 2011 and married in an intimate ceremony on 9 May in Costa Rica.
At the beginning of August, Kel accidentally let slip that she is expecting a little boy.
In an interview with Fox411, Kelly said: "We're very excited. So far, everything has been good. I just feel like the baby is already (spoilt) rotten - like literally, my Caress (beauty brand) family has gotten him all of his little bathing stuff, his toys. It's just so cool."
She was then forced to confirm and said "It's a boy. It's a boy".
Kelly has been styling out her pregnancy admirably, looking absolutely stunning on the red carpet in a Champagne-pink shimmering sequin gown at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.
