Yasmin Le Bon posed on the red carpet with her oldest daughter Amber Le Bon this weekend.
It's hard to believe but Yasmin, one of the original Eighties supermodels and the cover star of the launch issue of Elle UK, is 49. Her 24-year-old daughter Amber has followed her into modelling.
The mother daughter models were making an appearance at the charity amfAR Gala during Milan Fashion Week in full length gowns, golden tans and updos.
Yasmin chose animal print and a cleavage revealing neckline while Amber went for gold and a slashed neckline.
It's not the first time mother and daughter have worn complementary outfits. Here, they're photographed in matchy matchy white at the annual Royal Academy summer exhibition with Simon Le Bon, Yasmin's husband of 28 years and Amber's dad.
Yasmin, then Parvaneh, married the Duran Duran lead singer in December 1985. They have three daughters - Amber Rose, Saffron Sahara, 23, and Talullah Pine, 20.
The Le Bon girls still live at home in Putney, South West London. Simon Le Bon told the Telegraph recently: "My family are grown up now; try kicking them out of home, though – no chance. The hotel of mum and dad is better than any flat apparently."
In an interview last year Yasmin Le Bon admitted bringing up three teen daughters had been trying. She said: "All I can say is brace, brace... It's when the shoulders keep coming up. Every time you walk into a room, the shoulders come up. It's actually hysterical to begin with, then it stops being hysterical quite soon.
"I found it very difficult, I really did. I found myself crying every day.
"I felt very sorry for them, too – equally you can see them going through a lot of pain – but there is nothing like it, nothing comes close to how your children can hurt you, it's extraordinary. But I had it down to a fine art, I could cry really quickly. Not spend hours wallowing. I could do it in five minutes, tops: get it all out, then I could move on."
