It's enriched dough week on The Great British Bake Off, which means the remaining bakers are tackling fancy pants bread bakes.
The five quarter finalists are tasked with making:
Enriched sweet fruit loaves for their signature challenge.
An Eastern European cross between a bread and a pastry filled with swirls of cinnamon and walnuts.
A show-stopping selection of doughnuts.
'Enriched' dough is made with butter, sugar, eggs and/or oil. It requires a bit more work than regular bread dough, and takes longer to rise, but is well worth the extra effort - think sweet buns, cinnamon swirls and danishes.
Delish!
