The TV presenter confirmed the news on Monday night on Twitter, writing: "I'm sooo happy to tell you all - we've just had a baby boy! Chester William Baldwin made a grand entrance at 8lbs 12. He's just perfect. X"
Chester is the third child for Holly and her husband Dan Baldwin, who already have daughter Belle and son Harry.

And The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes said: "How lovely. Congrats to you and Dan."
She wrote on her website: "Surprise Surprise (and it was a surprise!!), I'm really happy and excited to tell you that Dan and I are expecting baby number three!
"We feel blessed and very lucky to be giving Belle and Harry a little brother or sister later this year."
She said it's hard to know when you'll go into labour so she would keep working right up until the end.
According to the Mirror, she added: "My job is sat on a sofa. I'm sitting down all the time on This Morning, and on Celebrity Juice I'm behind a desk. So don't feel too sorry for me."
And now she can enjoy baby Chester on the sofa at home for a while. Huge congrats to the new parents.
