Shaking hands before full-time is a benign putdown but José Mourinho seemed to regret approaching Aston Villa's bad cop and badder cop, Paul Lambert and Roy Keane.
Neither looked impressed when the Chelsea coach, whose side were 3-0 up, waltzed over and offered to get the post-match pleasantries over and done with. Lambert pointed to his watch to signal the game wasn't over whereas Keane remained ominously unmoved, a bit like his ice bucket challenge.
