Pippa Middleton shot into the spotlight with her now famous derrière when she was maid of honour at the her sister Kate's wedding.
Three years on, Pippa is sharing her tips to help us all achieve a pert bottom.
In her first Mind & Body column for Waitrose Weekend, the keen sportswoman reveals her exercise routine. The good news is, Pippa also makes us all feel a bit better about ourselves by admitting she loves chocolate, crisps and wine! Hurrah!
Apparently the secret to a good bod is moderation, portion control and exercise.
"I grew up with a belief that good health is about moderation in all things, so I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in - I'm talking chocolate, crisps and the occasional glass of wine," Pippa says.
"I've never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week but I do believe in making healthy choices - keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes."
Now back to the booty. Pippa swears by four key exercises - ladders, pile squats, wall pushes and the classic plank, as they are "quick and great for toning all over."
Oh, and you'll need to make these workouts a regular thing. Pippa tries to exercise at least three - but ideally five - times a week.
