‘X Factor': Lola Saunders Leaves After Sing-Off Against Stereo Kicks (PICS)

Lola Saunders became the latest act to leave ‘X Factor’ on Sunday night, after ending up in the bottom two with Stereo Kicks.

Lola, who has struggled with her nerves in the competition, performed Aretha Franklin’s ‘You Make Me Feel (Like A Natural Woman)’ for the sing-off, while the 8-piece boyband sang ‘Perfect’, originally by Pink.

It was then time for the judges to make their decisions, and after Louis Walsh and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini opted to save their own acts, it was up to Mel B and Simon Cowell to decide who to save.

Mel then announced that she would like to send home Lola, Si decided to take it to deadlock.

After Lola found out she was going home, the singer stated: “I tried the best that I could at the end of the day, but this experience has been life changing."

Stereo Kicks survived the sing-off

Lola wasn’t the only hopeful to leave the competition this weekend, as on Saturday night Jack Walton was given the boot following his rendition of ‘Bleeding Love’.

Sunday’s show also saw Cheryl take to the stage to perform her latest single ‘I Don’t Care’, though her performance - which was pre-recorded - drew criticism from some viewers, who reckon Chezza was miming.

Cheryl has just one act left in the competition, while all three of Simon’s acts are still in the running to scoop this year’s prize. Mel and Louis have two each.
