Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen have welcomed their first child together.
The OC star Bilson, 33, gave birth to a girl on 29 October - and the long-term couple have also revealed their Disney-inspired baby name.
"Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson welcome their daughter Briar Rose Christensen born on October 29, 2014," the couple said in a statement. "Both mother and baby are healthy and doing well. They are asking for privacy and subscribe to the No Kids Policy."
Trying to work out which Disney film the name Briar Rose is from? It was the nickname given to Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty.
Rachel and Canadian actor Hayden confirmed they were expecting their first baby back in May.
"They've both talked about this for a while and are so excited," an insider told Us Weekly. "Everyone is beyond thrilled for them."
Back in September, Rachel's Hart of Dixie co-star Jaime King and her friend Natalie Portman hosted a baby shower for the actress in Los Angeles and apparently, Rachel wanted guests to bring presents that were spiritual.
"Instead of gifts, everyone brought a birth bead. Each person gave her a piece of advice and a blessing along with the bead," reports Us Weekly.
"The beads were then stranded together to make a necklace for Bilson, who "will use the beads for strength during labour," added the source.
Beads or no beads, we're glad to hear both mother and baby are doing well. Congrats to Summer Roberts!
