There aren't many Hollywood stars who are happy to reveal their bare baby bump (while posing make up free) on Instagram.
Clearly, Liv Tyler wanted to show the world her bump is blossoming.
Tyler is already mum to 9-year-old Milo William Langdon, her son with ex-husband Royston Langdon. Her new baby will be her first child with British boyfriend Dave Gardner, who is a close friends with Kate Moss and David Beckham.
In fact, it was supermodel Kate who is said to have introduced The Leftovers star to Gardner.
"They get on very well and are really enjoying spending time together," a source told E! News. "He flies to New York mostly to see her and they feel very comfortable together.
"He is very charismatic and a real gentleman and she appreciates that about him," the insider added.
Gardner has two children with British actress Davinia Taylor. The couple split in 2010 after seven years of marriage.
