The December Pre-Tox (We Dare You To Try It)

Everyone has their Christmas traditions, but in recent years I've developed a cherished winter routine: the December Pre-Tox.

I've learned that if I spend one week of December doing daily yoga, on a juice cleanse, eating mostly raw food or simply going a week without booze, it transforms my December and January.
