Swapping opaque tights for shorts, playsuits and mini dresses is all well and good when the warmer weather arrives, but what about the not-so-small matter of revealing our legs? After they've been hidden from the world for months on end, the idea of wearing anything knee-length or shorter is not exactly appealing.
As well as the obligatory exfoliation, hair removal, self tanning processes, there are also a few simple leg-toning exercises that can be done without making a trip to the gym. In fact, you don't even have to leave your home. Hurrah!
You'll need enough space for a yoga mat and yes, just a little bit of will power.

Murdock suggests trying yoga postures warrior one, warrior two and chair pose to work the quads and hamstrings. These standing positions will also stretch out the arms and the lower back, plus this powerful poses are also great for improving concentration.
And if you're not familiar with yoga? You can always cheat by buying a bottle of this stuff instead. Just make sure you apply it correctly - after all, no one wants streaky legs...
