Yoga Gear: What To Wear To Get Your Zen On

Finding the right kind of yoga gear is as important as finding your perfect fragrance/ concealer/ denier of tights. It's a personal thing that, when you have it right, makes you feel untouchable.

We're talking about the kind of kit that makes a standing bow a total breeze whether you're in your living room or in a studio sweating it out Bikram style.

Here's a bit of shopping inspiration for updating your yoga wardrobe (a baggy university tee and pyjama bottoms will not cut it).

Those new to the practice - hello, New Year's resolution - may need the whole lot, while regular yoga bunnies may just be after something stretchy and new. Either way, we've got the all the latest must-haves. Namaste.

So where to go for the best gear? We'd recommend Sweaty Betty, Lululemon and Hip & Healthy for some really slick staples.

The leggings at Hip & Healthy are really cool and Sweaty Betty has everything from mats and blocks through to sports bras and water bottles.

High street haunts include Nike, Reebok, Sports Direct and H&M. The latter being spot on if you don't want to overspend on sportswear - you're more into spending hard earned monies on your everyday wardrobe and we totally get that.
