The fashion is well, 1990s, with a few really questionable outfits thrown in. Just look at Julia Roberts in 1990 - she wore a suit three sizes too big for her. Was that ever a trend?
The hair is no where near as glossy as it is now and OTT jewels, fuchsia lipstick and nail art weren't even a thing back then.
As for the celebrity couples? Winona and Jonny, Kate and Johnny, Gwyneth and Brad, Bruce and Demi, Liz and Hugh, Tom and Nicole. There's a lot to get nostalgic about.
