The video champions women of all body types doing the sports they love. It's not about weight loss or crazy dieting - it's about sweating it out in style without judgement.

The video was only published on 12 January and it's already had an impressive 2,448,256 views on YouTube proving just how powerful this message is. And we think it's kind of brilliant too.
Any woman can set her own goals and challenge herself whether her thing is running, Zumba, netball, weight training or yoga - it's about having fun and maintaining a positive, healthy attitude towards sport.
