Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have been engaged for over two years - but no wedding date has been set.
After reports at the end of last year suggested the couple were planning to elope and marry in secret, there's a new reason behind the delay, says US Weekly. And it's all down to a pre-nuptial agreement.
Jen, 45, and Justin, 43, are said to be "haggling" over their $110 pre-nup (that's around £72 million) before they tie the knot.
"The prenup is pretty much done," a source told the magazine, before adding the royalties from Friends showingon Netflix has made things a little more complicated.
"Jen won't see money from Netflix for about a year, so there has been back and forth about whether her earnings will be considered from during or before their marriage," the source explained.
When a date is finally set, it's unlikely the couple will choose a lavish ceremony.
In November, US Weekly revealedJen and Justin were planning their wedding abroad.
"She keeps saying to Justin 'Let's just elope,'" a source told US Weekly. "She doesn't want anything too stuffy - just something special with the people she cares about. She is in the best relationship of her life. Everything is perfect with them."
As for their preferred destinations? "Cabo is Jen's place, but Justin loves Hawaii," the source added. "They had a very special trip there early on where they were able to talk about their goals and their relationship. They want a relaxed beachy vibe."
