Gone Girl actress Rosamund Pike has finally revealed the name of her second baby son...Atom!
The 36-year-old star gave birth to her first son Solo in 2012, and then went on to have another boy in December with Robie Uniacke, 54.
According to a friend, the couple have called their newborn Atom because Rosamund found her home birth 'so easy and elemental'.
The name is so unusual it doesn't even register on the Parentdish Baby Names Generator!Last September, Rosamund compared her baby bump with TV presenter Charlotte Hawkins' while appearing on Good Morning Britain.
Charlotte, 39, gave birth to her first child – a girl – while Rosamund was at the Royal Opera House for the BAFTAS ceremony on Sunday (Feb 8).
The English star was nominated for Best Actress for her role in Gone Girl but lost out to Julianne Moore.
Last year, Rosamund explained that she had an urge to have another baby after she finished work on Gone Girl, in which she plays Amy Dunne, whose husband Nick (Ben Affleck) is suspected of murder after she disappears on their anniversary.
She said: "After filming I just knew I had to go out there and make a human being.
"The film was so tough and such a hard experience that the instant I'd finished I thought: 'I need to bring something positive into the world. Life is good with little people around'."
Rosamund joked: "Having a baby is a great project to have after playing a character as un-maternal as Amy Dunne.
"After playing a character like that, it's good to be bringing a new life into the world!"
Rosamund has also spoken about how much she loves being a mum, saying: "If you have a little boy, you walk through the door at home and you get on to the floor with some Lego – that's a wonderful antidote."
