Uma Thurman was a vision of timeless elegance as she showed off an understated new look at the New York premiere of her new drama, ‘The Slap’ on Monday.
The 44-year-old actress oozed laid-back cool in a shoulderless black jumpsuit as she posed with her castmates at the New Museum in Manhattan's Lower East Side.
The mum-of-three stars alongside Melissa George, Peter Sarsgaard, Thandie Newton and Zachary Quinto in the US adaptation of the best-selling Australian novel by Christos Tsiolkas.
The story follows the enormous social fall-out after a simple family BBQ, where an adult slaps another couple’s misbehaving child. Melissa George previously starred in the Australian screen version.
The NBC series premieres in the US on Thursday. A UK transmission date has yet to be confirmed.
