Kate Middleton and Prince William are so pleased with the renovation of their Norfolk country mansion, Anmer Hall, that they will host thank you drinks for the team of tradesmen who completed the £1.5 million revamp.
Post renovation, the property now boasts a new nursery (three words: second royal baby), a new roof complete with a garden room and a driveway with newly planted trees.
Obviously there are heaps of interior updates - all of which were completed under the watchful eye of Kate - that have made the house a home, but a garden room? That's pretty fancy.
The Georgian manor house sits close to the Sandringham Estate and was given to Kate and Wills by the HM the Queen.
The couple are expected to spend much more time at Anmer Hall once their second child arrives in April as it's a nice change from their Kensington Palace apartments. Plus, it has plenty more space to occupy Prince George.
But, back to this imminent drinks party (they've just arrived home from a holiday with the Middletons in Mustique) - we've got a feeling it'll be low-key, but with an endless supply of canapés. The hearty kind, for big builder types.
