J.JS Lee kicked started London Fashion Week'sAutumn/Winter 2015 schedule on Friday morning with a collection that dabbled in childhood memories.
Yes pink fuzzy shearling, yes girly dresses, skirts and print two-pieces.
The candyfloss pink and clashy red lipstick was a definite nod feminine but there was a tomboy edge to Lee's A/W 2015 offering.
The blunt, full fringes and clunky flats were boyish but even the darker palette (black and varying shades of grey) had a sexy, sophisticated edge.
Over on the Eudon Choi catwalk it was all sharp, tailored, statement outerwear. Leather jackets, wool trench coats, a khaki and navy panelled parka with white fur trim and tailored boxy looks that go perfectly with a crisp white shirt.
The tone was fairly minimal in terms of staple winter wear that came in navy, black, grey, khaki and white. Then there were looks with a flash of metallic gold or magenta and Japanese-inspired separates that you'd wear solo or match up for max effect.
Friday afternoon saw sister duo Dani and Annette of Felder Felder revert back to the 1960s and bring sexy back in a big way.
Think a model fleet of groupies dressed to kill in embellished, sheer separates (shirts, mini skirts, shorts, dresses) metallic maxis, disco pants, boxy jackets and fabulous faux furs.
This look below is the oversized, red, hooded, faux fur coat to end all coats.
