The Louis Vuitton Autumn/Winter 2015 show at Paris Fashion Week was dripping with star appeal, with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West pulling up FRow pews. However, all eyes were, rightly so, on the beautiful clothes being sent down the runway.
Nicolas Ghesquière presented a stunning collection full of wardrobe essentials, including perfect-fit cropped pants, monochrome Mary Janes, rib-knit pencil skirts and matching peplum tops. Oversized fur jackets added winter glamour, while cutout jumpers were given a waist with chain belts.
And there was also a number of edgy disco looks for the woman who lives life after-dark. Sparkling embellished tops and vests were teamed with leather minis and trousers, while lace was also a big feature, turning up in jackets, miniskirts and slips.
It's Ghesquière's third season at Louis Vuitton after taking over from Marc Jacobs.
He was confirmed as Louis Vuitton's womenswear creative director on 4 November 2013, and first showed under the brand in March 2014.
He is responsible for the opening of the brand's first museum, Foundation Louis Vuitton, which cost €10 million to create, where he showcased his spring/summer collection last season, and where Kanye West last week put on a charity performance.
The Autumn/Winter 2015 collection was also showcased there, and a host of stars turned up to watch the action.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were, of course, front row, with Kim looking chic in a covered up (faint!) outfit, consisting of a ruffled blouse and skirt.
And actress Jennifer Connelly was looking stylish in floral-print frock with a kick-ass pair of gold-accented killer heels.
Other stars at the show included Chloe Grace Moretz, Selena Gomez, and Michelle Williams.
