A police officer and her businessman husband will stand trial today charged with fraud offences.
Tracy Taylor of Cumbria Police and Paul Taylor jointly face five charges relating to disclosures that were made when trying to agree a voluntary arrangement with creditors.
They denied three charges of false representation and two of fraud said to have been committed between May 2012 and March 2014.
Tracy Taylor, 42, and Paul Taylor, 41, who live near Carlisle, will go on trial at Newcastle Crown Court.
