Jeremy Clarkson Makes TV Return On ‘TFI Friday' Alongside Chris Evans In ‘Top Gear' Spoof (VIDEO)

Jeremy Clarkson made his return to TV following his ‘Top Gear’ sacking to give Chris Evans a driving lesson on ‘TFI Friday’ on Friday (12 June) night.

It marked the disgraced presenter’s first appearance on television since his sacking from ‘Top Gear’ for punching a producer earlier this year.

The host appeared alongside Chris in a sketch about how to properly introduce a car, making jokes about the future of the motoring show.

Chris has been heavily linked to Jeremy’s role since his sacking, but the axed host told his pal: "You're not going to get my old job."

"Don't want it. I ruled myself out," Chris argued.

"You haven't been asked," Jeremy retorted.

However, Chris fuelled rumours when he later introduced a ‘Top Gear’ inspired segment on the one-off ‘TFI Friday’ special, where his mother did a lap of the the ‘Top Gear’ track in her mobility scooter.

Jeremy’s final ‘Top Gear’ episode - filmed before he was fired - is set to air in the next few weeks.

The future of the show is still up in the air, as James May and Richard Hammond have reportedly turned down a big money offer to return to the show without Jeremy.
