Rain in the summer is not something you'd usually get excited about, but for this toddler it was the best thing ever.

Don Swift asked his daughter Harper if she wanted to go out in the pouring rain and the grin on her face said it all.

They ran out for a few seconds, got absolutely drenched and raced back in.
