The One Direction singer was announced as the poster boy for the October edition of the gay lifestyle publication earlier this week, and Liam took to Twitter on Thursday (10 September) to unveil the two special edition covers.
“Check out my covers for @AttitudeMag,” he tweeted.
However, fans were divided over the shots, which featured too many items of clothing for some people’s liking:

Liam’s covers come just weeks after he was forced to deny he is homophobic due to remarks he made on-stage during a gig in Columbus, Ohio.
“This is my favorite song off the last album, and it is about trying to find that number one woman of your life... which none of you can relate to, because most of you are girls," he said.
“Except for the boys in here, you know what I’m talking about.”
As many critisc slammed his comments, Liam spoke out to defend himself, insisting he was “sorry to those he offended”.
He posted on Twitter: “I am in no way shape or form homophobic that's a [ridiculous] thing to say and I'm not here to offend people so take it as you will…
“It was meant in general.”
The latest issue of Attitude magazine hits shelves on Wednesday 16 September.
