'Coronation Street' Spoiler: Michael Le Vell Teases 'Character Driven' #CorrieLive Episode

Michael LeVell Teases What To Expect From #CorrieLive Drama

‘Coronation Street’ star Michael Le Vell has teased fans with details of this week’s #CorrieLive episode, which will air on Wednesday (23 September).

Rehearsals for the show are well underway, and Michael has now explained that the episode won’t be relying on big stunts.

Michael hasn't revealed whether he'll be in the live show

He tells The Sun: “There is no big tram crash. No loads of action from firemen. This is going to be character driven so a lot more words to say - that's the nervy bit."

Fans were given a sneak peek at the ‘Corrie’ live rehearsals over the weekend, and the behind-the-scenes snaps revealed that Callum and Sarah Platt will be at the centre of the drama.

The episode will focus on Tina O'Brien and Sean Ward's characters

The action will take place when Sarah’s plot to get revenge on drug dealer Callum goes horribly wrong, and judging from a previously released trailer, Kylie and David Platt could also be in danger.

There are big changes ahead for the soap, as in January, executive producer Stuart Blackburn will step down from his role, making way for ‘Emmerdale’ producer Kate Oates.

The hour-long #CorrieLive is taking place to celebrate ITV’s 60th anniversary. Have a sneak peek at the episode below...
