A couple in a long distance relationship manage to have a dinner date every week thanks to the marvellous powers of technology.

Melody Pond shared sweet pictures of her and her boyfriend's weekly cooking routine on Imgur.

Alongside the photos, she wrote: "We met and fell in love cooking meals for one another. Nothing has changed.

"Once a week my boyfriend and I have a date night where we go grocery shopping 'together' and then cook and eat the same meal."
