She paired the stunning Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara with one of her favourite Alexander McQueen dresses - the same lacy, ice blue gown she wore to the 2013 event.
According to the Daily Mail, the tiara was originally made by Queen Mary in 1914 and has been passed down through royal generations before it was given as a wedding present to Diana by the Queen.
