80 Per Cent Of Mums Feel Guilty About Returning To Work

New research into the mindset of working mums has revealed that many are struggling to find a work-life balance. They report feelings of guilt, conflict and frustration when it comes to juggling a career with making time for their kids.

The new study was undertaken in preparation for The Work & Family Show which is due to take place for the first time on 21 and 22 February.

The findings make for interesting reading:

*Over three quarters (80 of men.

*Childcare responsibilities still fall on the mother's shoulders, even when both parents are working.

*One in five dads say they wished they could have looked after their child for longer
