The star donned a zesty orange strapless bikini as she soaked up the rays in Cabo San Lucas, where she rang in the New Year with her two children and hubby Cash Warren.
Annoyingly, the actress says she doesn't diet, but she is about to release a book called The Honest Life, about natural and "non-toxic living", so we can't imagine she stuffs down a whole box of Celebrations in one sitting... Not that we do that either, of course (anymore).
