Put your sunglasses on – because this article contains a serious amount of pink!

Barbie fans the world over can now get the chance to see how the blonde dolly lives – by visiting a life-size palace of pink plastic in the aptly named Sunrise, in Florida.

The 10,000 square foot Barbie The Dreamhouse Experience is the world's first ever life-size replica of the plastic toy's Malibu beach house. It allows every little girl to fulfill her dream of inhabiting the world of the all-American doll.

"The Dream House was built in less than a year, using more than 20 pounds of glitter and 100 gallons of pink paint," Florida estate agent, Kathy Hyatt, wrote about the exhibit, which was made by Barbie's manufacturer Mattel and EMS Entertainment.

Visitors to the girly dreamland pass by two pink poodles in tutus, standing guard by the double doors that open to the dollhouse.

It includes the best of Barbie - 350 dolls and collector memorabilia, Barbie's friends, family and of course her love interest Ken.

Guests can meander through the experience in an elevator inspired by Barbie's playhouse, which also includes a living room, bedroom, closet, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and entertainment room.

As part of the adventure, parents can book the venue for birthday parties. Packages include the opportunity to strut one's stuff down the Fashion Runway - after model-training, make-up/hair styling and the chance to choose an outfit. Tickets range from $14 to $29.
